The SECU SmartBanking App is fast, simple and secure - putting the power into your hands so you can conveniently keep track of your money, pay bills and transfer funds with minimum fuss.

If you are already registered to use our Internet Banking service - you don't need to register to use the SECU SmartBanking App. Simply download the App and use your existing login and password details... easy!

Our App delivers real time banking including live balances, transaction display, bill paying and alerts. It also features an optional shortcut 4 digit code to gain instant access to banking services.

How do I download it?

Our SmartBanking app is available for iPhone, Android and Windows devices. It can be downloaded through the Apple iTunes or Google Play online stores by simply searching for “SECU SmartBanking”. Then follow the instructions on your phone. The SmartBanking App will be downloaded to your device and appear as an icon on the screen.

Visa Debit Card
Complete 24/7 access & convenience
Visa Debit CardLinked directly to your main savings account, a Visa Debit card through SECU gives you access to your funds at virtually any EFTPOS or ATM location. You can also pay bills and purchase goods online. The other great advantage is most ATMs and EFTPOS locations worldwide accept your Visa Debit Card. 

Plus it gives you all the convenience of a credit card without the extra interest cost. You can even apply for a Line of Credit to be linked to your main savings account. This way you only access credit when your savings balance is nil. Certainly a smarter way to manage credit.

You are also protected with Verified by Visa
Verified by Visa is a free service that gives you the peace of mind of knowing that no one but you can use your SECU Visa Debit card when purchasing from a registered Verified by Visa online merchant.

All existing and new SECU Visa cards are automatically registered for this free service. Verified by Visa is being offered by a growing number of online merchants throughout the world.

Internet Banking
Easy to use...easy to love.
 SECU Internet BankingOur E*Bank internet banking service puts you in total control. Wherever you have access to the internet you have a secure way to access your funds 24/7 from anywhere in the world. All you really need is internet access. It is also easy to use.

You can pay bills via Bpay, setup automatic (or once off) repeat bill payments or fund transfers. You can also view and print your transaction history. It is also easy to transfer funds between accounts or to other accounts held at other financial institutions.

Phone Banking
Similar to internet banking but via your phone.
Our Telephone Banking service is very similar to our internet banking except you can use your mobile or landline phone. Wherever you have access to a phone you have a secure way to access your funds 24/7 from anywhere in the world. It is also easy to use.

You can pay bills via BPAY, transfer funds, listen to the last few transactions. It is also easy to transfer funds between accounts or to other accounts held at other financial institutions.

           


BPAY
A perfect way to pay bills.
The majority of organisations who send you regular bills typically allow you to make payments using BPAY. At SECU we offer you many ways to pay these bills via BPAY. You can use your Visa Debit card, internet and telephone phone banking and online via the biller's website using your Visa Debit card. Being able to pay your bills quickly and easily with total convenience possibly makes paying those 'dreaded' bills just that little bit more pleasant.

BPAY is easy to use, convenient and offered by over 23,000 billers throughout Australia.

           


rediCard
When you don't want a Visa debit card.
The perfect alternative to a Visa Debit card. Linked directly to your main savings account, a rediCard card through SECU gives you access to your funds at virtually any EFTPOS or ATM location. It is also a handy alternative to members who might be too young to qualify for a Visa card.

Plus it gives you all the convenience of a credit card without the extra interest cost. You can apply for a Line of Credit to be linked to your main savings account. This way you only access credit when your savings balance is nil. Certainly a smarter way to manage credit. 

           


ATMs Fee Free
A large direct charge fee free ATM network.
The list of ATM networks offering the benefit of FEE FREE direct charge ATM access keeps growing. You can use any ATM in Australia using your Visa Debit or rediCard. Even better is when you choose to use an ATM network that does not charge you a direct charge fee. Apart from many shop front, street and shopping centre locations, many rediATMs are also conveniently located in BP owned and operated service stations nationally.

The range of ATMs giving you FEE FREE Direct Charge access is any rediATM, NAB ATM, and Bank of Queensland branded rediATM.

Your own personal cheque book
Having your own personal cheque book is very handy to pay for things you typically cannot or do not want to pay for via BPAY, EFTPOS or online. Your SECU Personal Cheque Book is easy to apply for and is linked to your savings account funds. 

           


Crediting Your Pay
Easy to arrange payroll and other payments.
It is easy to arrange all or part of your pay to be credited directly into your savings account. You can also arrange any other type of regular payments or Government benefits to be credited automatically. All you need to do is provide the organisation paying you our BSB:802-820 number and your own SECU Membership number... easy!

Other Access
Our Branch, Electronic payments...plus more!
You are always welcome to visit our branch. Another plus is if you work in the Rosehill business district, now called the (Camellia Business Peninsula) you can do your banking without going into Parramatta. We are open Monday to Friday 9.00am – 4.00pm. Please note on the first Tuesday of every month we open at 9.30am.

In addition to these other access options you can also arrange via Bpay or periodical payments of regular bills electronically and setup automatic direct debits or credits. You can also make deposits at any National Australia Bank branch.

All of these options are in addition to our Visa Debit Card, internet banking, phone banking, personal cheque book facilities and access to your funds via ATMs, EFTPOS, internet and phone banking. You really do have complete 24/7 convenience!
